Lake Murray Lodge includes guest rooms and cabins for rent within Lake Murray State Park. Lake Murray Lodge has a new waterfront restaurant, spacious meeting rooms, a ballroom and luxurious new guest rooms with patios or balconies overlooking the lake.
Reservations:
Please make reservations under the group block code Heartland Annual Conference. The reservation number is 580-223-6600. The discounted room rate is $125.00 (not including tax). Reservations need to be made by Monday, September 20, 2020.
Conference Registration Fees:
Golf & Meeting Registration: $200
(includes all golf fees [cart/range balls/green fees], meals, welcome reception, chapter meeting & breakfast)
Spouse/Guest: $90
(includes meals and welcome reception)
Reception & Meeting Only (non-golf): $125
(includes meals, reception, chapter meeting & breakfast) - golf NOT included)
Golf Information:
The annual golf outing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20 at Lake Murray Golf Course. Located at Lake Murray State Park, this 18-hole golf course features towering oak trees, tree-lined fairways, strategically placed water hazards and a breathtaking natural waterfall. The course is well-manicured and challenging. Clubs can be rented by calling the Pro Shop at 580-223-6613.
Golf Awards will be presented at the Welcome Reception following the tournament.
